Can I pause my subscription?
If you are a Novlr Pro user and need to take a break from writing, you can easily pause your subscription without canceling it. This means that you will not be charged during the paused period, and you will keep any coupons or discounts that you have applied to your subscription.
To pause your Novlr subscription:
Log in to your Novlr account on the Novlr website.
Go to your Account Settings by clicking on your name or the settings cog at the bottom of the side menu.
Under the "Subscription" tab, you will see the option to "Manage Billing". Click on this button. This will open your payment screen.
Click on "Cancel plan" and select "Pause subscription." You can choose when you would like billing to restart from the dropdown.
Your subscription will now be paused. You will not be charged during the paused period, and you will keep any coupons or discounts that you have applied to your subscription.
To resume your subscription, simply go back to your "Manage Billing" screen and click on the "Resume Subscription" button.
