How do I set a writing goal?
Writing goals are a great way to stay motivated and track your progress.
In Novlr, you can set a daily or monthly writing goal for how many words you want to write. Once you’ve started writing, Novlr will keep track of your streak so you can track your progress. To set a goal:
Go to your Dashboard and open Goals in the menu on the left-hand side of your screen
On either the daily or monthly card, after Today I'll write, type in the number of words you would like to aim for
After Words in, select whether you want to achieve that goal on a specific project or across all projects
Click Set goal
You can have both daily and monthly writing goals.
Your writing streak will update every day you write, regardless of your goal.
