What is the difference between word count and words written?

Word count is the number of words currently in your manuscript.

Words written is the number of words you have written in Novlr on any given day.

Word counts do not include notes or deleted words. They do include imported and pasted words, as these increase the total of your project's word count, no matter their source.

Words written does not include anything pasted or imported into Novlr. It does include any words written in your notes. Anything written in Novlr will count towards your words written totals.
