How can I see how many words I've written?
Novlr allows you to see how many words you’ve written in a day, in a month, and in your entire project. You can access this information in four different places.
On your writing page
The first place to look is in the top left-hand corner of your writing page while writing. You will see a set of numbers. By clicking on these numbers you can see how many words you’ve written in that section, in your whole project, and how many words you’ve written that day.
Project homepage
You can also access your total project word count from the project homepage. Open the chapter sidebar, then click on your novel title at the top to navigate to the project homepage. This will show you a brief overview of your project analytics, including you total word count, how many words on average you write a day, and the average words per chapter.
Dashboard
You can also go to the Dashboard and find a summary of your statistics including total words written, and the time you've spent writing. This part of the dashboard is also where you can set your writing goals and find statistics on your writing streaks.
Analytics
The final place you can find them is in the Analytics section of your dashboard. Click on the analytics link in the dashboard menu to open the analytics page. Here you can find all your word count information, as well as other statistics like your preferred writing time, how long you’ve been using Novlr, and your average writing pace. More about analytics.
